Toshi Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Toshi Rewards Program operated by "Toshi Australia Pty Ltd ACN 100 974 669 ("Toshi", "we", "our" or "us")." By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older with a registered customer account on our website.
  • Businesses, wholesalers, and employees of Toshi are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Earn Points

  • Points are earned on eligible purchases and activities as set out on our Rewards page.
  • The standard earning rate is 1 point per $1 AUD spent (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and gift cards).
  • Additional points may be earned through other activities (e.g., reviews, birthdays, referrals) as communicated on our site or via email.
  • Toshi reserves the right to change point values or earning rules with reasonable notice.

3. How to Redeem Points

  • Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards such as discounts or offers listed within your account dashboard.
  • The current redemption value is 100 points = $1 AUD.
  • Points are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value outside the Program.
  • Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined between customer accounts.

4. Reward & Offer Conditions

  • Discounts and rewards may have minimum spend requirements or expiry dates.
  • Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes unless specified.
  • We may exclude specific items or collections from reward eligibility at our discretion.

5. Expiration & Inactivity

  • Points will expire 36 months from the date they were earned. We may, at our discretion, extend the expiry of points if there has been account activity (purchases, redemptions, or point earnings) within that period.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • If you return or cancel a purchase, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.
  • If a refund results in a negative point balance, future earnings may be applied to balance it.

7. Program Changes & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.
  • If the Program is terminated, unused points will expire 30 days after termination notice.

8. Fair Use & Abuse

  • We reserve the right to remove points, rewards, or tier status from any customer we suspect of abusing the Program (e.g., creating fake accounts, fraudulent referrals, or manipulating returns).
  • Any misuse may result in account suspension or permanent exclusion from the Program.

9. Privacy

  • Your information will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  • Participation in the Program includes occasional marketing emails related to rewards and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our review system will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
